C110 Copper
Bus bars & grounding
ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) copper with 101% IACS conductivity — the industry standard for bus bars, grounding straps, and power distribution. Easily soldered, brazed, and plated. Available in flat bar, round rod, and sheet.
C122 Copper
Brazed connections & refrigerant lines
Phosphorus-deoxidized copper with excellent brazing characteristics. Standard for HVAC refrigerant lines, heat exchangers, and plumbing where silver brazing is required. Slightly lower conductivity than C110 but superior for flame-joined assemblies.
6063-T52 Aluminum
Solar racking & conduit
The most extrudable aluminum alloy — ideal for solar panel mounting frames, cable trays, and electrical enclosures. Excellent corrosion resistance and anodizing response. Lower strength than 6061 but superior surface finish.

Start with C110 copperfor bus bars and grounding — it’s the industry standard for electrical conductivity. Use C122 when brazing is required, and 6063 aluminum for solar mounting frames and cable trays.
