Custom-cut material
Custom-cut metal products fabricated to your specifications are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable once cut.
Stock-length (uncut) material
Stock-length items in unused, original condition may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid label. Email support@anchormetalsgroup.com to start a return.
Cancellations
Cancel before we send a purchase order to our supplier: free, full refund. After PO but before cutting: 25% restocking fee. After cutting: cancellation no longer possible — the cut material is yours.
Defective or wrong material
If you receive defective material or the wrong product, email support@anchormetalsgroup.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no charge — keep the original piece, no return shipment required. Photos help us resolve faster: include shots of the packaging if visibly damaged in transit, or shots of the material flaw. After 48 hours, the standard 30-day return policy applies (uncut only, 25% restocking fee).
